My name is Julie Jensen, I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister, friend and author. I was diagnosed with an autoimmune disease, multiple sclerosis 20 years ago.
Over the past few decades, I’ve gradually lost the ability to use my arms and legs. Although MS has also taken my ability to speak, it has not taken my ability to communicate. I continue to find ways to voice my expressions through technology and my new found hobby of painting!
Using my mouth to manipulate a paint brush I can use the canvas to express what’s in my heart. I find inspiration through nature and the love I have for my family.
This challenge in my life has taught me many things, but most importantly, that I am a spiritual being with a divine purpose. As long as you believe in yourself, all things will work together for your good. I hope you enjoy my art and the life you are living!
